Who is this programme for?

Anyone in/around the Loughton Essex area that wants to lose fat, improve their body composition and get fitter & stronger.


How long is it?

There is no set time frame because it depends on what you want to achieve, how 
committed you are, and how long it will realistically take to achieve it.


If you’re strict enough, you can get a great result in 12-16 weeks. I’ve had clients stay with me for 3-6 months, and I’ve had clients stay with me for 7 years.


Some come for the result, then stay for continued support to keep the result. Or perhaps switch their goals to a more performance driven outcome. Not to mention staying with me for my charm, bang average banter and sarcasm.
